SHOPPER FAQ

Where are you located?  Grand Station (formerly MID TN EXPO CENTER) at 1660 Middle TN Blvd in Murfreesboro.

What payments are accepted?  We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App and card. There is a $2 convenience fee for all cards.

What is your returns/refund policy?  All sales are FINAL.  We encourage you to inspect all of your items thoroughly before purchase.  We do not accept any returns and we do not issue any refunds.

Are all items at the sale checked before going to the floor?  We try very hard to check every item before it goes on the floor.  However, it is impossible for every item to be thoroughly inspected and that is why we encourage you to check any item sin question when you are checking out.  We are happy to assist in properly unpackaging and checking the item.

Do you have buggies/shopping bags?  We do have buggies but a very small amount.  Please bring your own shopping bag or cart.  Laundry baskets and totes also work well.

Are kids allowed?  Yes, children are welcome at our sale.  However we do ask that you are mindful of them and keep them off the toys as we strive to protect the consignors items. 

What is the policy for purchased items pick up?  If you buy an item that you can't take with you at the time of checkout, you must it up by the end of business on the same day of purchase.

Is everything half price on half price day?  No.  If the tag has an X, ND, no disc or red dot, the item is not half price.  If you are unsure, just ask us.  We encourage our consignors to let all items go at half price but the price is ultimately up to them.
